As CEO, Surender provides leadership across land sourcing, transaction evaluation, due diligence and sales, working closely with the leadership team to build a strong and sustainable business platform in Dholera.

Anju Hooda is the Managing Director of Zonexia Infra, bringing extensive experience in sales, business development, client engagement and relationship management to the organisation.

With a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, she plays a key role in driving Zonexia Infra's business growth, sales strategy and market expansion.

Her experience in building client relationships and developing business opportunities supports the company's focus on creating a credible, customer-centric and professionally managed real estate platform in Dholera.

As Managing Director, Anju leads the company's commercial initiatives and market-facing operations, while working closely with the leadership team to translate Zonexia Infra's vision into sustainable growth and long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

Dr. B.D. Vanar brings over four decades of experience in institutional administration, governance and organisational leadership to his role as Chairman of Zonexia Infra.

He spent nearly four decades with Gujarat University, joining in 1983 and serving in senior administrative responsibilities, including as Director of Physical Education, before retiring in 2020.

His extensive experience in managing complex institutional environments has given him deep exposure to governance, policy implementation, infrastructure administration, stakeholder coordination and organisational processes.

As Chairman of Zonexia Infra, Dr. Vanar provides administrative oversight, strengthening the company's governance framework and institutional foundations as it builds a long-term presence in Dholera.

His leadership reflects a commitment to institutional discipline, transparent governance and sustainable organisational growth.

Rajneesh Wadhwa leads Strategy and Capital Markets at Zonexia Infra, with a mandate spanning corporate strategy, capital formation, investor engagement, strategic partnerships and the company's journey towards an eventual IPO.

A seasoned entrepreneur, business leader and strategic advisor, Rajneesh brings over three decades of experience across business, investment, renewable energy, higher education and strategic advisory, including extensive international experience across markets and institutions. His cross-sector and global perspective adds depth to Zonexia's growth and institutional ambitions.

He leads relationships with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors and strategic stakeholders, while helping build the governance, positioning and capital-market architecture required to take Zonexia from entrepreneurial growth to institutional scale.

He also plays a key role in shaping Zonexia's institutional positioning, stakeholder engagement and long-term growth narrative, strengthening its connect with the investment, infrastructure and urban development ecosystem.

His focus is on building Zonexia into an institutionally backed, professionally governed urban development platform — creating enduring value and positioning the company for the public markets.
